It being convenient located near a family gathering event that was being held in a nearby small-town that didn't offer such services to accommodate our visit during a family bereavement event! In addition, the night-staff (Ms Donna) was a pleasure to interact with. She very courteous, knowledgeable professional who expediently got the spouse and I checked-in after a long 5.5 hour drive to the hotels locale!

The room's accommondation would have great for the lingering smell of smoke in a room that clearly marked as non-smoking room. Recommend that at a minimum, the room's heating and air-conditioning combo unit's filtration filter be cleaned or replaced on a scheduled that's conducive to enhance the quality and freshness of the room as a whole. Note: This information was passed on verbally to the onshift hotel staff. In addition having smoking rooms directly across from non-smoking rooms kind of allow the area the to become satuated with the smell of smoke! Recommendation: If logistical layout of the will accommodate it, split the wing in half, half for smoking rooms and half for non-smoking rooms of strategically invent low sones exhaust vent fans to vacate cigarette/cigar...smoke from the hallway!
