The room is spacious, the bed and the pool. Love our room that has a pool view. Has a resort vibe

No bath tub. Extra charge to combine a twin bed/ day. The pool chlorine quite strong.

"Overall the hotel facility is good, but staffs and hospitality need to be improved"

Facility

Check out process took more than 30 minutes because front office staff could not find credit card deposit slip and slow response to call duty manager to settle until I insisted to meet the manager, while I rushed for the ship schedule. After 1 hour the manager found the slip and void my deposit, appreciate the manager to settle but the staff needs to keep the paper properly
