They tried to charge late check in, never heard about it. The electricity went off in my second day stay The check in was made by the hotel security

We were met and handed the keys. Had to pay the deposit at that time. Reminder should be sent to pay in advance.

It’s very noisy. Can hear the traffic and street pedestrians all night. There are no windows in the bedroom just a door which also doesn’t open in the bedroom. There was no air! There is no plug point at the mirror/dressing area so we had to dry our hair using the lounge mirrors. The toilet seat in the second bathroom was broken. There were no washing pods for the washing machine but there were pods for the dishwasher.

Very well situated to get around Cape Town. 5 minute walk to the waterfront and lots of shops and restaurants near by.

Location was good. Door man was good.

It was just a bit weird. There was a faint smell of sewerage. And the people running the place were not great. Something about the place didn't feel right.

Not a 5-Star Hotel – More Like 2 Stars This place is misleadingly advertised as a 5-star hotel, but in reality, it’s barely a 2-star residence apartment. There’s no daily cleaning, and the apartment was dirty on arrival, with stained carpets, unclean bathrooms, and broken cupboards. The pillows were uncomfortable, there was no hot water, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. It lacks the basic services you’d expect from any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5-star. Very disappointing — would not recommend.
