Beautiful location, within walking distances of restaurants and shops. You could even walk to the V&A

Frustrating checking process, Damaged deposit required to be either cash or immediate eft, both of which are a cost , but you don’t get it back as direct payment. We found the Cape Royale staff in general rude also.

no meet & greet , poor/confusing handover of keys , complicated access & use of parking area , reception and entrance areas under construction , no information on loadshedding times or on prepaid electricity system and top up if required or of facilities/services available at the building if any? no check in or check out to speak of...delayed by exit from building on final day!

The apartment is tired and needs a little work for the price point.

The reception woman was rude and unhelpful terrible attitude towards paying guests

The apartment was good, clean and spacious.

The iron was very dirty and the host promised that she would send someone to clean it but never did. If you want the apartment to be cleaned is R600. I found it too expensive for a 2 bedroom apartment.
