Comfort Suites - Jefferson City

It has been several months that the hot tub has not been working and no evidence that they plan to fix it though the website displays it. I think it is starting to show wear overall: our door won't fully open, the drain plug in the tub was very difficult to adjust

Wonderful, staff was very helpful and nice. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the hot tub was broken but things happen.

Room had no way to lock the doors, card reader didn’t work, deadbolt worked but unable to secure personal items, safety latch broken. Paid the price to go cheap. Lobby was dirty. Didn’t touch anything in the room for fear of getting a strange disease. Biker ‘social group’ showed up in the evening. We feared for our safety and potential damage to our vehicle. Complete horror show, we did not stay, went to another hotel.

Called to ask if i could check in early and they made it happen for me. Long story short, I needed to get to the hospital as my Dad was here having surgery. Staff was super helpful, kind and fast at check in. I will say, they need some updating but room was clean and acceptable. Price was high but overall im satisfied.

Checkin was very simple and quick. Room was good sized, clean, and comfortable. Price was great for what we got compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was decent, it is what you would expect from a continental breakfast at a hotel in this price range.

So, the hot tub has been out of commission for some time now - maybe that should be worth a discount. The free breakfast is nicer than most places

Room wasn't acceptable. WI FI did not work. Dead bolt on door did not work. Breakfast sausages were cold.
