"to have to pay a hundred plus dollars to sleep somewhere for a night in a nasty room is bogus"

the fact you had to pay for breakfast is disappointing as well considering they dont clean the rooms property after each guest a cup of mucus was found in the room left over drinks from the previous guest was left in our room it was disgusting

how they tried to have me swipe my dam card serval times for me to pay for my room after i paid for it then i could not even book my room because the staff max out my debit card were as i could not afford my room or go somewhere else it was cold and i have to sleep in my car

The room is very nice and updated. The blankets, sheets, and towels were pure white so everything felt very clean. My only complaint is the pillows are too fluffy to where we had to sleep with 3 to have any support. Otherwise, it was great value for the price!

"Excellent"

Overall pretty good. We had a room with the thermostat broken so we were assigned to another room. Then the other room had a toilet that didn’t flush correctly. The shower was clogged and didn’t have enough towels. That being said, the management was able to correct all of those things and were very apologetic and kind about it.
