"It was average!!!"

I would rate Cleaniness as ZERO…. The property is very nice. The rooms were decently sized and the washroom too was spacious but the house keeping was just BIG ZERO!!! They didnt even clean the washroom when they came to do the room. We had pizza the very first night we arrived and the empty box was kept in the trash corner which was not even looked when they did the room. The bath area was not cleaned. Its sad if a property like this is not maintained…

"Decent except for the vacuuming"

I was able to check in quite late

I only stayed one night and upon waking up in the morning I went down to have coffee and tea with a family member I had not seen in a long time , while we sat there near the bar in some cushioned seats a vacuum kept tuning on for cleaning it was loud and obnoxious

This property exceeded my expectations to the fullest. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out it was more than amazing. The front staff was friendly and helped and explained everything clearly. I always loved the AC Hotel brand and will continue to stay here. I cannot remember the two names of the ladies that helped me, but they also were a big help and super friendly.
