Tout était top. Petit dejeuneux magnifique. Goute à l'accueil assez rare meme dans des 5 etoiles donc parfait. Le personnel est très disponible et très sympathique cependant. Positionnement dans Seville

Bemol, du bruit dans les couloirs le matin du personnel de chambre, pas toujo0rus evident de travailler dans le calme mais un peu trop bruyant.

Schöne Zimmer, eher dunkel gestaltet, aber geschmackvoll. Bequeme Betten.

Der Service während des Frühstücks ist eher zäh und man sollte genügend Zeit mitbringen.

Personel miły i bardzo pomocny. Przekazali nam spisane polecane miejsca, bary restauracje z zaznaczeniem wszystkiego na mapie. Skorzystaliśmy oczywiście i się nie zawiedliśmy. Restauracja w hotelu i na dachu serwuje wyśmienite posiłki i napoje. Śniadania urozmaicone, bufet oraz a'la carte. Hotel położony w doskonałym miejscu, wszędzie blisko.

"Overall a wonderful stay at a great hotel."

The staff were amazing they couldn’t have done anything more to ensure our stay was a memorable one. The roof top restaurant was so relaxed and superb food.

Slightly on the expensive side for a hotel that is probably a very good 4star rather than a five star hotel.

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return, especially because of the great location and helpful staff"

- Great location, everything was within easy reach and it made exploring Seville very convenient. - The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. - The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

- The only downside was the room size, which was very small. If the rooms were a bit bigger, I would have considered it excellent value for money. Apart from that, I was very happy with the hotel, its facilities, and the staff.
