The toilet kept having issues, the bed was very firm, the room was a lot smaller than what I thought it was going to be. The breakfast room was packed so we didn't end up going.

Clean and location was good with plenty of things to do for entertainment

The beds in my room were horrible/ super uncomfortable and hard. I had family there as well and the beds I. Their rooms were not the same crappy beds that I had.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice room. Beds were comfortable. Only issue is that requested handicap access shower to walk into. But had to step into high sided tub to access shower. At least they had safety bars to use.
