"no me gusto el hotel esta muy descuidado"

no utilice el desayuno , dentro del hotel tienen una cabaña , con barra , lavabo , pero muy sucio, no se puede ocupar , es decir las fotos que ustedes tienen en booking no son reales.

No tenian wifi , las habitaciones no son como en la foto que ustedes tienen en booking , los baños tampoco son como en la foto ., tienen muchos gatos y yo soy alérgica a ellos.

Definitivamente la ubicación, cerca del centro y sin problemas de tráfico

Que la reservación incluía el estacionamiento y en el hotel no lo hicieron válido, me querían cobrar por meter el carro al estacionamiento del hotel. Además los juegos infantiles (criterio de selección por mi hijo que me acompañaba) ya no sirven y la alberca estaba sucia.
