The staff didn’t show my reservation through Expedia so it slowed down my check in and means I’ll have to spend time sorting it out in the morning. The staff was nice though.

"Hôtel facile d'accès au centre ville"

La chambre ne correspondait pas au descriptif. Il n'y avait pas de baignoire mais une douche (comme dans toute les chambres d'après la personne à l'accueil). Le petit déjeuner est correct. L'eau pour faire les œufs n'est pas suffisamment chaude. Les coquetiers sont en plastique jetable malheureusement.

We arrived after a 5hr drive very tired, my wife has a bad heart and we both wanted to sleep. The check in was supposed to be after 3pm, we arrived at 4pm and were told the room would not be ready till 5pm, so we had to wander round the town for an hour. The receptionist really didn't seem to care. Very disappointing.

"Chambre très bien, plateforme de réservation KO"

Le séjour s'est bien passé : chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner copieux; un regret, la machine à café était en panne (remplacée par du café cafetière). Par contre la plateforme de réservation a confirmé notre chambre alors que l'hôtel était complet depuis la veille. Nous avons failli devoir rebrousser chemin si l'hôtel n'avait pas pu trouver une solution de dernière minute en ayant la gentillesse de nous surclasser. Attention donc à vérifier auprès de l'hôtel la réelle prise en compte de vos futures réservations.

Il y a très peu de choix a Millau, l'ibis est chère vs la qualité des services et des chambres. Le personnel est agréable suivant sur qui on tombe.
