"Misreable"

I had to cancel my trip at the last moment due to an illness with my father, please make sure You all know what and whom you're dealing with when planning your trips. These inconsiderate very, apparently uncompassionate people, would not refund, any of our Money. This company will never again use Hilton, that's my Policy. People need to be made aware of these types of People and their "Policies". And if you're looking for Travel insurance to help you out, forget it. Make sure your Legal teams read through all of it.

"other than the toilet issue disturbing an entire nightโ€™s sleep, it was fine"

the toilet hand was sticking, and even when replaced to its proper position it cycled all night long and into the morningโ€ฆ.. made it extremely difficult to sleep
