I enjoying mostly everything about my stay except for the hassle I got when I first arrived wasn't very welcoming. Nor did I like being asked if I was there to work after telling the guy that I was there to check in for a stay, and continued issues with my booking even after frequent communication with staff about my stay. Most of the staff was pleasant to work with after a while and the hotel was lovely. Great breakfast, dinner and scenery

Everything about the property was wonderful. Staff, room, breakfast area, the pools and the entire enclosed area with the fountains, pools, splash area. All were marvelous. It was a great place to take my grandchildren too. It also would have been a great place for a romantic get away. Will highly recommended it to anyone going to Springfield!!

The shower was great! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Downfall was the paper thin walls - we could hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms on either side up until about 2 A.M.
