أشكر السيدة صفاء على ترحابها بنا وحسن استقبالها لنا وتعاملها الرائع معنا . شكرا للأمن على تعاملهم الودود جدا معنا في توفير الموقف وبشاشة الابتسامة. شكرا لخدمة الغرف على رحابت صدرهم وحسن أخلاقهم وعملهم . هذه هي المرة السادسة لزيارتكم واجد رحابه منكم . الشقة رائعة والموقع قريب من كل شي البحر قريب 10 دقايق مشي سوق ابن بطوطة قريب 10 دقايق مشي المطاعم متوفرة وقريبة البقالات قريبة حتى لو تذهب لوسط البلد تقريبا 20 الى 25 دقيقة مشي

The staff of the hotel was very very friendly and nice. Especially Safaa and her colleague from the afternoon shift were super friendly. Not to forget the hotel manager. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, which also serves the a la carte breakfast, which was included in our room rate. Our apartment was a good size. The location of the hotel is very convenient, but that comes with some traffic noise.

The kitchen wasn't well equipped (not needed for 2 nights, though) and there isn't much room anything in the bathroom. Also, the wardrobe doesn't have any hanging space, only shelves. We found that quite odd.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en famille et nous avons été très satisfaits de l’ensemble de notre expérience. Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier la réceptionniste Safaa, qui a vraiment fait énormément pour nous durant tout le séjour. Sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme ont été exceptionnels. Elle a toujours été attentive à nos besoins et a su nous aider avec beaucoup de soin et de bienveillance. Un grand merci à elle, elle mérite vraiment d’être mise en valeur. Je souhaite également remercier toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour l’accueil chaleureux et le service de qualité. Je tiens aussi à préciser que je suis assez exigeante en ce qui concerne la propreté et l’organisation, et j’ai été agréablement surprise par le niveau irréprochable de l’hôtel. Tout était parfaitement propre, soigné et bien entretenu, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cet hôtel et nous le recommandons sans hésitation. Very good stay. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety of options. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and convenient for getting around Tangier. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again.

During peak hours, restaurant orders were sometimes delayed or occasionally forgotten. A bit more attention during busy periods would improve the experience
