Me encantó la decoración, es un Riad muy auténtico. Es tal cual sale en las fotos y las vistas son increíbles, el personal muy amable también y el desayuno estaba muy rico.

Breakfast and prolonged waiting time, view, location

Really fantastic hotel. Everything was clean and tidy and the hotel decor is high spec. As soon as you walk through the front door you breathe a sigh of relief as you realise that the pictures you saw online represent reality! Reception staff are friendly and welcoming, particularly Souleyman, who checked us in on our late arrival. He explained everything and directed us to somewhere we could get some food and a drink so late at night. He told us about some driver services for visiting Chefchaouen which we booked on the spot. We were also able to arrange for a very reasonably priced transfer to Tetuan airport for our return journey. All of the staff from the cleaning staff to the reception to the restaurant were excellent. The room itself was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The decor was stylish and modern and in extremely good repair. The bathroom was flawless. The kitchen was functional and equipped with enough cooking equipment for simple meals. The TV was a modern smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps. The free WiFi was a good speed for browsing but not good enough for streaming on a device (the TV had a wired connection and handled streaming with no problems). We also appreciated the electric shutters on the windows allowing us to create complete darkness in the room for sleeping. The hotel restaurant (which specialises in pizza) was also the location for breakfast. The breakfast is a la carte, not buffet style, but each item is substantial, very well presented and very appetising, each coming with both a coffee and a juice. The hotel is in walking distance of the medina and the seafront, though it isn't a short walk. Medina - around 20/25 minutes and seafront - around 15 minutes. The area around the hotel isn't touristic at all. There is a bar which serves alcohol two streets away which we found to be good, if not extremely (cigarette) smokey.

There isn't much to say here, but just to comment on some previous comments: Noise: So, the hotel is located near to an extremely busy major roundabout. Those who have been to Morocco before will know that evenings and into the early hours get extremely busy. And motorists universally use their horns frenetically! All of this noise can be heard quite loudly in the rooms, particularly if you are trying to sleep. I will say that this didn't affect our stay as we had already adjusted to lots of noise from our hotel in Marrakech. And I would also say that it may be down to the building methods in Morocco in general that the soundproofing isn't quite as good as some may be used to. If you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs because the rest of your experience at the hotel will be worth it. Hot water: So my wife found that the hot water was intermittently warm when trying to mix hot and cold to a Luke warm temperature in the shower. She doesn't like it hot. I will say that I turned the shower to the hot setting and it stayed hot. I think it's a case of the cold water pressure overpowering to call for heat on the hot tap. Replenishment of Nespresso pods and water: A previous comment noted that the 2 pods and 2 bottles of water were not replenished once used. This was not our experience.

Tout était absolument parfait ! L’équipe est exceptionnelle, professionnelle et aux petits soins du début à la fin. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et de grande qualité. La chambre répond pleinement aux standards d’un hôtel cinq étoiles : confort, propreté et raffinement. Dès l’entrée, une agréable odeur crée une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, avec une mention spéciale pour Ayoub à la réception, pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son attention constante. Une expérience vraiment inoubliable !

Nuestra estancia de 5 personas fue muy buena, Tanto el propietario que conocimos y todo el personal de recepción y restaurante súper amables y atentos con nosotros. Facilitando información y servicios cuando lo necesitamos.

Muy recomendable en todos los sentidos. A mi madre y a mi nos ha gustado mucho y si volvemos a Tanger volveremos a este hotel sin ninguna duda.
