It’s pretty sweet to book 7+ months out, get a confirmation 2 weeks ahead of vacation, then get bumped 2 days before stay to a hotel because condo owners came to town. Thanks

Wyndham Durango Resort was a great week vacation for my husband and I. We had an amazing stay there during our five-state road trip. The suite was cozy, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchenette to prepare meals. We loved the balcony view of the mountain skyline and the historic Durango & Silverton train yard, with trains coming and going. We love trains! The property was well maintained, and having a washer/dryer available was convenient. All the representatives/staff were courteous/friendly, and we especially appreciated Alex for making our 27th anniversary extra memorable with a decorated door and sweet treats, such a thoughtful surprise! The Wyndham Durango Resort is in the historic downtown area, walking distance or a short drive to many cafes, restaurants, shopping, attractions and water activities along the Animas River (and parks). Thank you all for making our stay fantastic. S & S

Super convenient location to train depot. Walk to downtown. Will stay there again

The shower head was terrible. Get with the times and get one that is mobile.

Overall stay was excellent. The staff was very customer service oriented and welcoming. If in the area again, would definitely make this location our "go to."

Everything was exceptional. The staff was so helpful and kind.. not just the front desk.. even the maintenance men went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our family. The location was great with everything we needed in walking distance but also in a quiet corner of the town. The hot tubs were great and we were able to use the hotel across the street’s pool, which made my kids happy. We checked out multiple board games from the front office and played pool, Pac-Man and foosball in the game area. I used the laundry area during our stay and everything worked great! We will definitely be staying here for all of our future Durango stays!

Nothing! There was a lot of construction going on the building across the street but the hotel made us aware of this the week prior to our stay. The construction did not bother us at all.

Beautiful room with full kitchen. Great bed and amenities.
