Nous sommes habitués à venir dans votre hôtel car il est bien situé et le personnel est aimable, chambre propre.

Cependant seulement à notre arrivée nous prévenir qu'il n'y à pas de clim par une chaleur de 33° et une chambre exiguë nous à déçu.

Localisation parfaite, propre et confortable.

The hotel is centrally located and very easy to access from the Eurostar Station, a short, maximum 10 minute walk. It's also very close to the BIG shopping centre but just around the corner is a lovely square with great restaurants and architecture. The Old Town is also only about a 20 minute walk. The room was clean and comfortable but the hotel has no A/C, although fans were provided. The roof top breakfast was definitely worth paying for, a good spread and the view. The staff were all helpful and pleasant with a good command of various languages.

I'm glad I asked for a quiet room, the area gets quite lively on a Saturday night!

Location is great, beside Lille Flanders train station and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dealt with a couple small issues we had really promptly. We didn't have breakfast included so cannot comment on that facility.

Small room and beds - no space for bedside tables or shelf. So couldn't keep water, phone etc to hand overnight. Quite a dark room too, lighting could be better. Room was also quite warm and duvets were heavy. Not enough hangers in the wardrobe space. Bathroom was fine with a good shower but no shelf space to set out toiletries etc. Shower gel bottle provided by hotel was completely empty but reception provided some more. I do think this should have been on a room check before we checked in.

Me dieron una habitación enana, que daba a un patio, con olor a comida de los restaurantes de abajo. Moqueta cutre, con un ventilador porque no hay climatización, sin nevera, sin armario , solo una barra sin puertas sin cajones, con poquísima luz natural
