"Very said and painful! I left very early the next morning."

In a very hot weather, the AC is not working. I send message to them, but they said no Worker! I didn’t sleep that night! The shower head is leaking water comes from everywhere! I didn’t take shower that day!

I strongly want to complain! I’m traveling in Europe Signal is not good. Finally find a place to send this message today. Please kindly help me. I need some refund!
