The breakfast was the only thing that was good

When we arrived, they had questioned about what time we were gonna be there at (5 PM). They didn’t have the room ready. We had to wait with a two year-old for 30 minutes and they asked us to put our stuff in one of the offices so that they can get the room ready.. once we got to the room there was hair on the ceiling fan. There was a dead frog in the closet in room 432… I asked for some type of compensation and they said the management would not do anything.

Rooms are nice,clean comfortable. Breakfast was amazing pool was great. Pricing on food a Lil thrown off by it .

Food prices the tacos 3 tacos for 14 a big noo noo drinks over priced.

We were told to wear wristbands, especially pool area. There were people coming from beach to pool without wristbands. We asked front desk to help. They said they would send someone out but never did. We did not feel safe. There was no lifeguard on duty or any staff enforcing any rules or checking wristbands they insisted we wear. This hotel represents themselves as a family establishment, yet there were 2 buses of high school kids staying several nights. The hotel said the student’s chaperones were responsible for their pool behavior, but they were on their phones allowing kids to do whatever. They took over the whole pool. Their catered meals at the pool took up an excess amount of space and was left roped off for evening catering, too. From what I could tell, only 2 hours in afternoon were allotted to beach. So, great, families finally have some pool time?? No, these students left all their trash and towels and things to save their spots for when they returned. We left frustrated. Staff was not concerned in the least about our safety or any posted rules or wristbands. I feel we should have been informed that 2 buses of HS kids were overrunning the place.
