The water was hot.

The room was tiny, the lift only worked now and again. One toilet roll to last 3 nights and 4 days! No maps, no reception as such. NO AIR. Tiny fan in room which made no difference in the very hot stuffy room

Location is fantastic, the apartment was very clean and has all the necessary facilities.

It was 36 degrees outside when we stayed in the apartment, there was a portable air conditioner but there was no dedicated wall opening for its use.

Our room was clean and ok in size for the 3 of us. The kitchen was very small, but manageable for Breakfast. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not comfortable as they were flat. There is a Coop Supermarket across the road and the tram is just around the corner which is convenient. It's a short walk to the lake area with walking and lovely views. The apartment is about 15min from centre of Zurich, there are a few places to eat nearby.

For the price we paid I would have expected to be better pillows, block out curtains or shutter, we had light coming in the room very early in the morning. The room was hot and there was no air conditioning, only a small fan. There was not even a box of tissues.

Il y a eu un problème avec l'ouverture de la porte de l'immeuble. Nous l'avons réglé entre locataires. Heureusement une personne était sortie seule et sa conjointe, restée dans l'appartement a pu nous ouvrir de l'intérieur. Par la suite j'ai constaté que la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble a été bloquée ouverte. La chambre a l'apparence du luxe, c'est juste une apparence. La douche est basique, petit pommeau. La température de l'eau est difficilement réglable, l'eau chaude longue à arriver

Excellent and safe apartment in a great location.   The property was very easy to find and it was located within short walking distance of the tram and bus stations.  The CO-OP was located within short walking distance. All shops, including CO-OP, were closed on Sundays.
