i believe room rate compared to property location , far from Zurich center , is not fair . Also for a family room, apartment had only two power sockets where one was occupied by TV . Our stay was for two nights. Room was not serviced, cleaned , towels changed. the excuse for owner was , they nocked to the door but not response. when i asked why the did not text us he said he did not want to disturb, however same time he remembered !! to text me asking is our stay was good aiming good review. when i challenged him again he used second excuse that due to weekend and holiday period , in short very unprofessional owner using many excuses to avoid doing room services in family room . Very disappointed from our stay
