Property Notes

The the pool is open from late June to early September depending on the weather. Please note that there are two buildings, the entrance can be found at the Scarlett residence. Reception Opening Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00-12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 Sunday: 10:00-12:00. The reception is closed on Wednesday all day and on Sunday afternoon. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that energy fees are not charged in July and August. Please note that TV is available at an extra cost of EUR 29 the 1st week and EUR 15 per additionnal week. This is subject to availability and upon prior request during the reservation process. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 9 per person for bed linen - EUR 9 per person for towels. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. The costs related to energy are not included in the indicated rates, the flat rate charged will be according to the period The residence accepts pets, with a maximum of two per accommodation unit, at a rate of €10 per night or €59 per week.Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure. Swimming pool: Closed from Mon, Sep 1, 2025 until Wed, Jul 1, 2026 A deposit may be required at the property.

"Bien. Rien à redire"

Nous avons passé une super semaine. Belle et grande plage de sable Un seul bémol, la résidence et un poil loin de la mer quand on a de jeunes enfants (5 minutes). Sinon plutôt bien placé, loin de la foule et de la cohue du centre ville. Pas trop de commerces à proximité mais c'est parfait pour le jogging du matin (boulangerie à 5 minutes en courant !, bon pour se mettre en appétit). Attention cependant pas de clim et de lave-vaiselle

Kitchenette bien équipée mais chambre trop petite, aucun rangement dedans, juste la place pour y dormir.Salle de bains avec simple douche. Mer à 5 min à pieds. Centre ville à 10. Dommage que le petit magasin à l'angle de la rue soit si cher et ferme si tôt ! Wi-Fi, télé, électricité, lit bébé et draps payants !!! Même les produits pour laver le sol le sont (on a lavé à l'eau claire, de toute façon ils repassent derrière comme partout).

Ma confirmation de réservation ne comportait aucune précision relative au supplément animaux que j'ai eu la surprise de découvrir sur place!!! et qui s'élève à 10 euros par jour pour deux animaux!!! Il était simplement précisé que les animaux étaient acceptés!!!

Location propre et bon accueil.hors saison nous n'avons pas eu de bruit .Par contre je pense que c'est un peu petit pour 6 personnes .maisonette agréable .petit jardin .

"bon séjour"

Nous avons séjourné au Scarlett. les appartements sont très bien conçus et confortables, tout le necessaire y est, y compris une grande terrasse. la residence est proche d'un grand axe, mais est calme. Elle est à un peu plus de 10 min a pied du centre de palavas et à 5 min de la plage.
