Residence de vacance plus qu'un appart'hotel. Télé et internet payant! Drap donné à la réception afin de faire soit même son lit. Horaire de la réception très restreint. Pour couronner le tout, piscine indisponible durant mon séjour (j'avais réservé cet appart'hotel pour ce service).

Aucune reconnaissance client à l'accueil - non respect de la législation, exigent qu'on donne n° de carte et crypto par téléphone, sans confirmer cette demande par mail, si on arrive hors horaires de réception - que 3 heures après midi - si on ne le donne pas par téléphone à n'importe qui, malgré que tout soit déjà débité par Hôtels .com, nous laissent aller dormir ailleurs et ne respectent pas la réservation faite.

Easy to find, helpful staff, garage parking. reasonable price for level of comfort and area. Would have preferred washing machine to a dishwasher though.

Second stay at residence after about 7 years. Staff were efficient and courteous. I knew about charges for parking, linen and TV, and no WiFi for rooms. This is not a conventional hotel, it is standard skiing self-catering accommodation, so take your own sheets, towels, pillow cases and pillows (as the pillows provided are square) if you do not wish to pay the extra charge. Cleaning equipment is provided, but you will need sponges, detergent and dishwasher tablets. If using lift to Merribel, pay for boot locker and ski storage for an easy life.

Bains à bulles en panne. Vestiaire et casiers piscine peu entretenus. Le reste est très bien.

Malgré le fait que le nettoyage des lieus soit confié aux résidents précédents et que le nettoyage des lieux ne soit pas confié a des professsionnels, nous avons passé un bon séjour a Brides-les-bains .

Hotel was well priced and free shuttle to the gondola to the Meribel. Great place for ski trip

Mejor de lo esperado, amabilidad del personal de recepción,instalaciones mas que correctas con una pequeña piscina interior y jacuzzi, apartamento para cuatro bastante amplio con terraza y bien equipado, y taquilla para esquis y botas en el sotano. Garaje de pago a muy buen precio(12€ semana),también se puede aparcar gratis fuera.WiFi de pago, si bien hay bonos semanales( nosotros por 19,90€ pudimos enganchar tres aparatos toda la semana ).¿Inconvenientes?, para nosotros el peor es que a lavuelta de pistas la navette gratuita que por la mañana te recoge al lado de laresidencia y te deja junto al telecabina de acceso a meribel, resulta que por la tarde hay que bajar a buscarla hasta la plaza del ayuntamiento(200 metros caminando cuesta abajo y algún peldaño con todo el equipo, y las botas de esquí).Por otra parte el telecabina supone unos 25' de tiempo hasta llegar a las pistas, y al regreso hay que cogerlo como muy tarde a las cinco( 5:30 en de febrero en adelante), pero por eso el alojamiento en Brides les Bains es mas económico.

Considering the room was so cheap for 1 weeks stay skiing I really didn't expect much when arriving, but the rooms are very nice and clean with excellent cooking facilities. Perfect for skiing. The free shuttle service to the ski lift is ideal and the lift takes around 25 mins to arrive at meribel. Well worth the journey considering price differences. Only downsides are only bunk beds and sofa beds in bedroom, and that it is very daunting with the charge list, i.e room cleaning, or breakages. But if you are prepared to take your own sheets and clean the room you cannot fault this hotel was very comfy. Would stay again!

We stayed at Residence Cybele, Brides Le Bains, for five nights on a budget ski trip from the UK. Owing to flight arrival times, we arrived in the middle of the night. I had contacted the staff before arrival and the reception team were very helpful and efficient. They left the apartment keys in an overnight security box for collection. The apartment was well kept and clean, with all the required facilities. Bedding and towels were provided for our booking which was helpful. We had a hire car, so parking inside the multi storey car park at a cost 12Euro for the five days made sense. Worth it. We drove to the slopes each day (approx 20 mins to La Tania) and did not use the ski 'bubble' form the centre of the town, about ten mins walk away. We did not use any of the hotel facilities. Staff (Melissa) were attentive, helpful and friendly. Overall, a good experience.
