Horseshoe Bay Resort

The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. We liked strolling around while sipping our drinks. All staff members were polite and helpful and the view from our 7th floor room was enjoyable.

We thought the room was overpriced and the added parking fees were too much. It would also be nice if they had coffee available in the lobby each morning instead of expecting guests to purchase coffee at The Market.

Most the staff were nice and friendly. The grounds were well groomed.

Apparently you have to pick the right room to get access to everything, which I didn’t. Most things were closed since it was mid week. The room it self was awful, it smelled, the carpet turned my kids feed black in minutes. It was pretty outdated and had a COCKROACH visitor. I was so surprised at how rundown the room was in comparison to everything else. I would never book again.
