I liked that it was a short walk to the beach and very close to the Miró museum. You can get free entrance tickets to the museum at the front desk. Breakfast was good, especially the cook-to-order eggs. The gentleman making the eggs was very funny and attentive. The rest of the restaurant staff seemed very rushed, which kind of increases your anxiety on a relaxing vacation. Bus #4 stop, that takes you to Palma de Mallorca downtown, was a 5-7 min walk which was convenient as it costs 2 euros to get to town.

The air conditioning in the room did not work properly. You need to be a rocket scientist to figure out the thermostat (and I am a rocket scientist!). After talking to the front desk and the cleaning staff they set the thermostat on a setting that was supposed to work, and it did, but never to a very comfortable temperature. The “gym” really needs improvement, starting with regular maintenance to the cardio equipment. Restaurant staff seemed rushed and didn’t make you “feel welcomed”, except for the cook-to-order guy who was very nice.
