jacuzzi tub

first rooom didnt have jacuzzi tub

I actually booked through an app and they didn’t have my reservation but were really nice about reversing the charge that the app had charged me for “cancelling” even though I wasn’t a registered guest through my reservation.

Loved the location and staff were friendly. Especially loved the instant hot water on demand in the room. No need to run tap for a long time to get hot water.

The lack of a continental breakfast would have made the stay better.

The room was comfortable snd easily accessible for me, as I now have mobility issues.

It was just a bit awkward to get to.

Was close and got what I needed it for.

The first floor rooms. I was here before but was on upper level. Initial keys to room 101 did not work. Staff was awesome and tried their best to accommodate

The location was good except I didn’t end up staying there

I did not appreciate that staff made me feel very uncomfortable and had called security right away when I brought my dog in I was there maybe 5 mins and I checked out right away for I felt very uncomfortable to even stay there. If there is anyway that I can be reimbursed for what I paid for reserving the room would be very appreciated as I could use it for a different motel as m dogs and I have been stuck out on the streets in the cold with no where to go
