Si, cómodo y limpio

La atención en general de el restaurante y el snack, son demasiado desatentos, malas caras, formas no tan cordiales de contestar y de decir las cosas, obviamente rescato a algunas personas pero la mayoría muy mal servicio al cliente, cero calidez!

Un lugar impecable, bonito y muy acogedor, tal cual las fotos es el sitio y mucho mejor

The service is not what it use to be. I've been to the Bahia Principe 6 times and honestly this time the staff are not friendly. The maids are only interested in tips and not pay attention to detail like making sure that she replaced the towels with fresh ones. 2 times I was left with no towels what so ever. Not even a face cloth was left in the room. Lucky for me i had taken 2 of my personal towels with me on this trip. The pop machines were always out of service at the last olas buffet. There always huge lineups at the pool bar and found that if you speak Spanish your chances are better to get served versus an English speaking individual. The pools were not cleaned daily. A few times I found plastic cups at bottom of pool .Renovations are being done on the bavaro side but perhaps they should try to reduce the number of people as its very crowded instead of renovating to bring more people. Will not be going back to this resort. Buffet at lobby very repetitive.

El lugar es perfecto, muy cómodo y la atención es muy buena...la comida super rica.

Lástima que en la temporada de abril a agosto se vea el sargazo y que no lo limpien en su totalidad, pensaría que pueden tener o hacer más controles de limpieza.

This is our 2nd time at this resort and we live everything about it and will definitely go back again soon

La playa y las piscinas, la comida en general es buena y variada pero las bebidas son de muy mala calidad y mal hechas

La mucamas les falta ser mas eficientes con la limpieza en las habitaciones dejan el piso sucio y con polvo, el primer dia tuvimos una mala experiencia nos entregaron la habíacion tarde y nos dieron una que se noto fue por emergencia por que estaba totalmente descuidada y abandonada, era increíble la cantidad de mosquitos, manchas de moho en el baño almohadas desgastadas, colchones incómodos, por dicha fui a recepción y me ayudaron y me cambiaron a una habitación mas moderna. En general la atención de los meseros no es tan cordial les falta un poco más de atención al cliente.

food is great as expected

staff at reception booked us his taxi for the night and cancelled the very last minute thru phone, and that after i called him 9 times as he is kept ignoring my calls and texts and he is not on-duty at reception desk that night.. had to find a new one, tho it didn't take long to get one, rather disappointing experience considering my high regard for the resort, reason why i went back with my friend and his family

Mala atención en los reataruant de playa. Nunca conseguíamos bebidas gaseosas y no tenía buena predisposición el personal. Poco amable
