Jay at front desk is simply the best! Friendly, respectful and enthusiastic, what a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was better than most, complimentary newspapers and quiet. We would certainly return if near Coralville, IA again. Having a pleasant check in experience just sets the right tone. I noticed they did not have a desk bell, probably because Jay came to the desk right when I entered. Many times you feel like you’re “bothering” someone when they finally drag themselves to the desk (like where we’re staying today - person couldn’t get a hello past his lips!).
