the hotel was easy to find and get in and out with lots of shops around like the new gas station next door.

was not happy the waffle machine was not working and nothing was fresh

So called policies. I rented 3 rooms for 6 days through booking.com. I selected with pets when selecting a room so my rate increased. I get to the hotel and 3 separate times staff asked for my credit card for the dog. Saying their system didn’t save it on the initial checking. 2nd time was 3rd party did not information about the dog. 3rd time Was the system did not save card info. All the mean while deactivating the keycard for the room every time. I paid of $2,000.00 for 3 room that were not up to par. Stained tub with putty from a repair Knick’s in the counters and furniture. Towels and sheets had stains. I expect this from a super8 or a motel 6 . Definitely would not recommend.

The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was pleasant, had no issues.

The breakfast was just satisfactory. Could offer more variety and healthy choices.

The third floor elevator button needs repaired and the entire place could use an update. The toilet is too.low and need higher height.. I also asked a question about discharge procedure and was not ready to check out and she locked us out of our room. This occurred arround 0900.

We found out that there was an event the same day and the manager took it upon himself to cancel our room that had been reserved for over 8 weeks and give it to someone else. We found this out at check in after we had come from out of town for an event! Never again!!!

Breakfast was very good
