Comfort Inn Frederick - Ballenger Creek

The bedroom had bedbug in the bed which was veru terrible experience for us.

The property is very well situated and the staff was wonderful.

The furnishings are tired, especially the mattresses, and need to be replaced.

I stayed here for a few weeks off and on while cleaning out a storage space in Frederick. There are a lot of restaurants within 2 minutrd, the room was comfortable and pretty clean, the staff was pretty nice, and it was convenient. They do not clean daily. They have a nice breakfast selection.

I did not know they only cleaned upon request. Also, I found the hotel to be relatively expensive for the design and amenities compared to where I stayed in NYC last week.

Location suited our needs of being close to our son’s college. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Room had a terrible odor and was not clean. There was hair inside the fridge in the room, the carpet was stained all over, the hair dryer and soap/lotion dispenser had so much dust and dirt on them, shower had hair inside it, outlet in bathroom was pulling out of the wall.
