Location to hospital

Flood i the hallway that's been there for over a year. Employee states it was estimated but insurance won't pay for repairs and neither will the owner. A few LARGE holes in a pack door leading down the hallway. Pool was out of use and we were not told until we started to use the pool !!! Sink had reminets from someone brushing their teeth. Sheets WERE NOT changed! I used a large can of Lysol, sparyed the beds after pulling the top sheet over the fitted sheet, slept on the comforter. Employee didn't seem to care. I have a call in to the health department.

The staff were wonderful! The bed was very comfortable.

It was formerly a Best western and the sign covering that up blew away so I was very confused trying to find the correct hotel. The fitness center had one aerobic machine and it was broken. There was a flooded hallway you had to walk through to get to breakfast. No decaf at breakfast.

The employees were apologetic and nice

There was an active leak we had to walk through INSIDE the hotel. We couldn’t get the key to work so they had to switch rooms which was fine, however we couldn’t go in and out of a side door that did not lock. It smelled musty, was not unkept and was not a good experience

The rooms are really nice and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful 😊
