The service was great, including housekeeping taking any trash out, tidying up the bedding, and getting us fresh towels on the second day without us asking.

The free breakfast started at 7 during the weekend, which means we couldn't get it since we stayed only during the weekend for a dance competition that started at 8. It would be nice to have the free breakfast to go option per request if anyone is in a situation like us.

The exterior lock to our room did NOT lock the entire time . We were forced to pack up and take our luggage every time we left the room. No other rooms available .after we complained no response.

Staff, room size and amenities, cleanliness, breakfast, quiet location.

Even though we booked and paid for a room with two beds, we received a message after the booking that they would be assigned based on availability. We arrived at 3 pm, the check in time, and were told there were only King rooms available. When I said I called two days earlier to request a two bed room and was told I would receive one, adjustments were made for us to be assigned the two bed room. The room card keys were very difficult to use and took multiple tries to work. We were careful not put the cards near magnetic devices as advised by the Front Desk.
