Reception Opening Hours: Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 During winter: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. Please note that the reception is closed on Wednesday. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that the city tax is to be paid upon arrival on site. Optional services to be paid on site: - baby bed: EUR 15 per week - baby high chair: EUR 5 per week - baby bed + baby high chair kit : EUR 25 per week. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. For stays of 7 nights or more, please note that end-of-stay cleaning is the guest’s responsibility. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. A 'Final cleaning except kitchen area' option can be booked at the reception or in advance through the reservation service. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 10 per night and EUR 59 per week, per pet. A deposit may be required at the property.
