"Clean and Convenient Location, but Unbearably Hot in Summer."

The room was clean. The hotel is located not far from the city center. There is a tram stop just around the corner.

In the summer, the room is very HOT. It's impossible to sleep at night. There is no ventilation. The fan doesn't help at all.

Excelent location, small nice kitchen in a room, terasse, close to public trasport and city center. Nice place to visit Grenoble.

The reception works only on workdays 8:00 - 17:00. If you face even a simple problem not during this time - you are lost! We came on Saturday and needed Car parking. Unfortunately only the room key was in a safe and no instructions about parking. I tried to reach someone on the given telephones - no responce during the whole weekend! Finally, talking with the locals on the street, I realised that parking on the street close to the hotel is free from 19:00 till 9:00 in the morning. It saved us...
