קול באינטרקם מקבל את פניך (אין אדם פיזי במקום) ומכתיב לך המון אזהרות והדרכה על התנהגות שחלקן מופיעות אחר כך גם בכתב בחדר (לדוגמא הוילון מאוד רגיש ושביר ואם תהרוס תשלם קנס, אז למה בכלל לשים בחדר וילון כזה. או לדוגמא חלק מכלי המטבח ניתנים לשימוש ואת היתר (סכו''ם, סירים וכו') צריך לתאם מראש מול המלון בתוספת תשלום כמובן כל חריגה מהווה קנס לפחות לפי השילוט

Die Unterkunft ist sehr Zentral gelegen und sehr geräumig für japanische Verhältnisse. Man kann die meisten bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Die Waschmaschine und das Waschmittel dazu konnte man kostenlos nutzen. Das Bad war sauber und erhielt alles was man benötigt.

Als ich das Zimmer (201) betrat, war ein starker Geruch wahrzunehmen. Keine Ahnung was es war, esroch nach einer Mischung aus Zigaretten und starkem Raumduft/Parfüm. Ausserdem lag unter dem einen Bett eine Pantoffel des vorherigen Gastes. Ein paar Stellen waren staubig, was noch "akzepabel" hätte sein können. Wegen dem Geruch und dem Staub nahm ich dann Kontakt zum Personal auf. Die einzige Nachricht die ich erhielt war "hello, there is air purifier in the room. Could you please turn it on or please open the window to ventilate the air". Dies gab mir das Gefühl nicht ernst genommen zu werden - ich meine...danke, ich weiss das es hilft, dass Fenster zu öffnen. Aber der Geruch im Raum war wirklich sehr stark, der verflog die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthalts nicht. Erst als ich die Pantoffel erwähnte nannte Frau D., dass am Kommenden Tag jemand vorbei kommen könnte. Da mir alles aufgrund der vorherigen Nachricht äusserst unagnehm wurde (als Alleinreisende) habe ich das Angebot abgelehnt. Ich bekam nie eine Nachricht, dass Sie diese Unannehmlichkeiten bedauern würden.

Dit was echt top. Erg grote kamer, schoon, mooi, goede ligging aan de oost kant van kyoto. En ook nog eens voor een erg laag bedrag! Zou dit hotel echt zeker nog eens boeken als ik weer naar japan zou gaan! Echte aanrader
