Location was great and a very nice breakfast

No tea towel, kitchen and bathroom showing their age, intermittent but strong sewerage odour probably from floor waste

Le parking n’existe pas comme c’est indiqué dans les annonces de l’hôtel. Il y’a un petit parking pour les petites voitures. C’était pas indiqué correctement

Gabriela, the morning male receptionist greeted us in a very warm manner each morning that he was on duty in the reception area before breakfast & swiftly attended to fixing thd air-conditioning in our apartment. He made us feel very safe & welcome throughout our stay - we really cant thank him enough. The lounge area (sofa's) were very comfortable and we were never disturbed by anybody in any way.

The breakfast didnt live up to my standards. The breakfast was okay, although the fried eggs were the most oily friend eggs, scrambled eggs didnt look appetising & only other alternative was ready boiled eggs. The sliced fresh fruit selections were really tasty, although the same definitely cant be said about the whole fruit options. Hot drinks didnt taste right, nor did the overly processed juice selections. Bread & pastrie selections - no complaints. The only one 'honey' option tasted like liquified sugar. Cold meet & cheese selection was the only real decent option, but its not for everyone! Myself and other close family members have stayed at this place over the years but we were not offered a street-facing-apartment, our apartment overlooked various sport playgrounds with screaming kids during school hours. Pool facilities and a bar with outside seating area to have lunch but we never used these facilities. Particularly annoying were all the breakfast staff who approached us to take our apartment number EACH MORNING right in the middle of starting to eat our breakfasts. Very rude! The cleaning staff should pay much more careful attention to cleaning the floors properly throughout the apartments instead of just sweeping the floors. I picked up some warts and veruccas on my feet & the floors didnt generally feel very clean which was disappointing. But we must say,all the cleaning staff otherwise did an excellent job otherwise and were extremely polite & courteous to me and my elderly mother throughout our stay.

The location is excellent and the staff very accommodating. Will definitely be back

They upgraded us on arrival. Staff were very nice and it was perfect for a group of us on a hen.

Views were of the basketball court which could be quite noisy at night. The pool was also small so very rarely could get a sunbed to lounge.
