Please note that the children’s pool is open from April to October. The pool is unheated and unsupervised. Prices include accommodation, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and the kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and online searches), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and application fees). Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost. For an additional fee, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Reception opening hours are Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and on Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. The price of indoor parking is €8 per night or €56 per week.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
