Days Inn by Wyndham Branson near Theatre District

The room was absolutely filthy. Hair in the bathtub. Several stains on the comforter. Half the lamps were broken or unplugged. It is an extended stay motel. No breakfast. Honestly not worth staying at even for 50 bucks. Just pay the few extra bucks to get a more comfortable stay somewhere else.

Reasonable price

We checked in and paid for the room. Property looked sketchy. Went to the room and decided we needed a refund. Property was not habitable in our opinion. Service desk was understanding and processed us for a full refund, supposedly. I havent seen the credit yet.

Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but it reeked of cigarettes. I’m asthmatic, and ended up needing medical intervention from the smoke in the room. The sheets were stained, pillows practically flat, and dog feces all over the property. The free breakfast was nothing more than a couple of foil pans and coffee. I spoke with management about my concerns, especially the smoke allergen. I was told upper management would call, but it’s been three days since check out, and not a word from them. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This place is dog yard, not clean at all and there were bugs and spiders and cockroach in the room everywhere, and beds are not comfortable at all it’s like someone threw away there 50 years old mattress and they pick it up, and bathroom don’t even get me started, I don’t even wrote reviews ever for anyone but this place omg I would never go there I would rather sleep outside than go there thank you

Not clean, no elevator for handicapped or older people. Towels were NOT clean. Sometimes you couldnt get towels at all. Breakfast only packages of food items. Call front desk for service == wanted a broom and dustpan to sweep up dead bugs in room, never got !!!

The rooms were extremely filthy the floor was not even mopped the bathroom had rust on the sink the microwave was so horrendous and I have pictures I took of it beds were not changed we called and spoke to the manager and he said there was things on the bed the only things that were on the bed was a blanket which was theirs and pillows but he meant excuse that there was things on the bed which was not true the shower heads had calcium deposits the stop in the drain had calcium deposit the microwave inside was burnt I have pictures that I can send if it's necessary I really would like a full refund it was extremely inconvenient extremely dirty I have pictures if you want to request pictures I do have pictures

A security part on the door was inoperable. Screws kept falling out. Room did not have a blow dryer or iron. Pillows could have been more comfortable.

Room was nice for the price. Staff was very friendly

Not enough towels, pillows were awful and no plug for the bath tub and shower heads are too low. The whole thing is out dated
