Ona Marbella Inn

Couldn't fault this hotel lovely staff and fab location right next to everything you could want including cheap supermarket! Wifi was a bit dodgy but they were trying to fix that. Breakfast was great if you like your carbs! Didn't see much in the way of fruit but if you like breads and doughnuts then it fills you up for the day. Staff were always friendly and helpful and very polite. Pool area was basic but had all you needed and all day long sun. Big balcony but no furniture to sit outside. Would definitely come back though!

Perfect location to the beach to the main avenue to old city and even to shop...so close even to the bus station. The staff is amazing

I really enjoyed this Apart Hotel. I stayed in a self contained studio and it was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning worked well and the bathroom was nice overall. The kitchen area was sufficient, however lacked a microwave and I think a few more basic utensils would have been nice. But it had everything needed to cook a meal. The television was very small, had no HDMI and was dated. I struggled to find any English speaking channels so I think an upgrade on the television to something larger and cable television would be great. The balcony was nice and large and had a table and two chairs which was adequate. The WIFI was also good, although it blocked any type of streaming media, although YouTube worked. Included in my stay was a continental breakfast. I found this to be lovely with bread, toast making facilities, condiments, juices, tea/coffee, pastries, croissants, cereals and a selection of lovely meats and cheese. Very satisfactory given the price of only 5 euro additional to my room.

Enjoyed trip to Marbella,stayed near Old town,very central,beach less than 10 mins,very safe,very close to supermarket,can be as expensive as you want it to be,plenty of choice.I would recommend trip on catamaran to or from or both to Puerto Banus. Buses very inexpensive eg. €6.15 from Airport to Marbella

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Very good value for money.

We wanted a basic clean hotel just outside of Puerto banus so we could get our head down after partying in Marbella . This exceeded our expectations, with friendly, happy and helpful staff throughout, an upgrade and perfectly clean roof top pool we were very very happy with our choice.

It was a golf trip with six guys the Hotel was in a excellent position clean and staff friendley

Excellent stay at the hotel, nice location €15/€20 ride to the club and strip, supermarket on the door step, friend staff amazing pool area ideal for a small group. Clean and tidy! Brilliant thank you!

Great location but the rooms are VERY old. For a friends weekend it was Good. Parking was an extra €10 a night! Breakfast was poor, if you like toast and Coffee it's the place for you. for the price - Couples, Guys / Girls weekend its good

My friend and I stayed here toward the end of August, we were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the hotel staff and the accessibility to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Breakfast consists of; croissants, toast/bread, sweet pastries, cereal and fresh roles, so fit for purpose and the lady serving (short blonde hair) was lovely. The old town is a 5/10 minute walk away and is a definite visit. The rooftop pool, in my opinion could do with a flush out and complete clean, however had great views of the Marbella surrounding mountains. If you're looking for a basic hotel in a great location, I would recommend this hotel. On a negative note; I had an item of clothing spontaneously disappear from my room a couple of days into my stay. I reported it to reception and they said they would get back to me......no answer. So I then went and asked several more times and still no progress. At first I thought I had misplaced it but after turning the whole room upside down this was impossible! When leaving they just said 'no sorry' they hadn't found anything. On returning home and going through my belongings several further items have also gone missing. I understand they have a safe in the room but two large suitcases simply would not fit! This was the most disappointing thing, so make sure your luggage is secure before you leave your room!
