Accueil chaleureux, appart hôtel très calme, propre et bien équipé. Le supermarché au rdc permet de faire ces courses pour le repas si vous le souhaitez. Si dois revenir sur Clermont-Ferrand, je retournerais dans cet appart-hôtel

Sejour de 5 nuits. Chambre donnant sur une petite ruelle,squatté en soirée et ds la nuit,un bruit incessant, difficile pour dormir, chambre sans clim. Sanitaire et douche tres vétuste. Literie ok. Personnel accueillant et a disposition pour les clients.

pas de climatisation contrairement aux autres hôtels, salle d'eau avec wc trop exigus il vaudrait mieux mettre une douche que cette mini baignoire dangereuse pour personne âgée ou en difficulté de mobilité.

Chambre vieillote, mobilier mit n importe comment, porte du frigo montée a l envers tres compliqué pour s en servir. tres peu de vaiselle. Bcp de bruit dans les couloirs. Bcp de SDF dans la rue devant l hotel. Point positif : la.salle de bain propre les 2 personnes a l accueil et un carrefour marquet juste en face.
