The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 8am until 7pm, and on Saturdays from 8am until 12am. On Sundays, they are closed, but they are open on bank holidays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code. Breakfast is not served on Sundays. Once-a-week cleaning is included in the price. Daily breakfast (except on Sundays) is available at an additional cost. Bed linen is provided. "Emplacement parfait"

Le studio etait spacieux, les lits confortables, chambre et salle de bain propres. Studio très bien placé, proche de la place Kléber

Pas de climatisation, on n’a pas vu le personnel, les lits ne sont pas faits.

"Ottima posizione.... purché non sia caldo!"

Ottima la posizione e la disponibilità di garage sotterraneo (a pagamento, non economico, 18€ al giorno). Terribile l'assenza di aria condizionata, viste le temperature (vero è che non avevamo fatto attenzione a questo durante la prenotazione, dando per scontato che ci fosse). In generale abbiamo sofferto mancanza di "attenzione" da parte del personale, sia per mancata risposta ai nostri messaggi, sia per non aver avvisato che sarebbe stato impossibile rientrare con l'auto (nel park già pagato) per blocco della circolazione causa festa in città (costringendoci a trovare e pagare un altro parcheggio).

L'assenza di aria condizionata e la poca presenza del personale.
