Not too far from the train station of St Mandé and had good restaurants and supermarkets in the neighbourhood

The first night we got there after check-in time and were surprised to find a much older and dated room than we had booked. The next morning when I went to check in they told us we could move to the room we booked as they needed the apartment we had been given- i.e. they didn’t have our room available for our booking period and stuck us in a ramshackle room at the same rate with no apologies! Worst part is there is no care in looking after guests- there is dust in obvious places, even the modern rooms seem sort of haphazardly slapped together, no safe and no hairdryer…. Just a place without even a hint of customer service or care.

lA ZONA QUE ERA TRANQUILA CON PARADA DE METRO A UNOS 8 MINUTOS CAMINANDO, LINEA 1 AMARILLA QYE ES LA LINEA DEL LOUVRE, LA CONCORDIA, TULLEIRIES, NOTRE DAME. Y TAMBIEN APRUEBO A LAS CHICAS DE LA CAFETERIA MUY AMABLES Y PROFESIONALES.

LA RECEPCION CERRADA EL DOMINGO QUE ERA EL DIA QUE ME IBA Y NO ME DIERON ALTERNATIVA A DEJAR EN CONSIGNA LAS MALETAS, ASI QUE DESDE LAS 12 DE LA MAÑANA QUE TUVE QUE DEJAR LA HABITACION `(PORQUE ME AVISARON QUE LAS TARJETAS DE LA HABITACION DEJABAN DE FUNCIONAR A ESA HORA) HASTA LAS 8 DE LA TARDE QUE SALIA MI AVION CON MALETAS Y MOCHILAS POR EL CENTRO DE PARIS... UN COÑAZO. A PARTE DE QUE EN LOS 4 DIAS QUE ESTUVE ALLI NADIE PASO POR MI HABITACION NI A VENTILAR, NADA DE LIMPIEZA NI CAMBIO DE TOALLAS NI NADA. NADIE EN RECEPCION SABIA NADA DE ESPAÑOL Y LO QUE ES PEOR NADIE SE MOLESTABA NADA EN INTENTAR COMIÇUNICARSE. Y EL COLMO QUE AUNQUE LLEVABA EL DESAYUNO INCLUIDO, LA PRIMERA MAÑANA, LA CHICA QUE ESTABA EN LA CAFETERIA CON LOS DESAYUNOS TODA AVERGONZADA PORQUE NO QUEDABA DE NADA PARA DESAYUNAR... O SEA QUE UN CAFE NOS TOMAMOS Y A DESAYUNAR EN OTRO SITIO. EN DEFINITIVA QUE AUNQUE EL PRECIO NO FUE CARO HUBIERA PAGADO ALGO MAS SIN DUDARLO.
