Comfort Inn Bourbonnais near I-57

I didn't like anything at this establishment.

Everything. Horrible customer service, hospitality, rude staff, messed up room door, too much chlorine in pool to the point you could barely swim for 5 minutes before your eyes were burning and red for hours. Online said it had a hot tub but it didn't. I was turned down service in the bar area when the lady was sitting there talking with a man and I wasn't wanting anything from the bar, I needed help with the ATM that's in that same area, she closed no quicker than I walked up to the ATM when it was already 30 minutes after the said time the bar area closed that night. There's a lot more but the topping is the hotel charging me for more nights after three days after I checked out and made my account go negative and I had to contact my bank and then fight with the hotel to send my bank a request to authorize or something it was called then not getting my money back for over 4 days. They charged me for more nights than I was there when I was still there and kept denying it when I was showing proof on my bank account and where it showed all of my transactions and the dates I was at the hotel and how much I was getting charged. It added up to two nights they charged me extra and wouldn't cooperate with letting me speak to a supervisor and basically telling me on their end it wasn't showing what my bank statements were showing

I booked it online and it said it had a pool that's only reason went to it so daughter could swim well I was at work.next day told closed and sign up but wasn't told when checked in and online said it was up and going.

The AC was cool, the bed sheets were soft and the room was very comfortable!

I had to move 3 times because of bad rooms
