Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Loved that there was a washing machine & dryer in the apartment. Could do our laundry anytime. Front desk staffs were amazing & helpful. Kudos to Ivan for his warm & great service.

It was hard carrying luggage up the steps to the reception area. Should have a direct ramp up the front instead of having to take a detour via the carpark ramp. Furniture can be upgraded. Location is just on the fringe of Perth CBD and the nearest train station is a 10-15 mins walk away.

very easy to locate , 24/7 reception, friendly staff , very close to public transport, Elizebeth Quay, Perth convention centre etc and has enough parking space for the residents. Overall it was a good experience

The check out was very strict , I was not given even half an hour when I requested. There was no separate towel stand and the existing one was over the toilet seat which was a bit awkward
