"Good base for exploring Perth"

Apartment with full kitchen and laundry. Good location and onsite parking. Good base to explore Perth.

Apartment was a bit tired in some areas and also very night there were strong smells from neighbouring apartments cooking their meals.

Nowhere to buy groceries close by and not close to the CBD.
