Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Vanves - Porte de Versailles

Rooms are clean, staff is nice, covered parking (although we had to pay). There is a kitchen in the room that we did not use but it is good. Two elevators. Area is quiet and family-friendly. Direct public transport to major tourist attractions is not available but there is a bus stop very near.

Breakfast could have been better for the price. Also, if we are not in the first 1 hour of the opening time, we miss some items that are important as vegetarians.

The room and the area around the hotel were amazingly clean and I liked it.

The breakfast was the same all 3 mornings. Could've used some variety.

Cet hotel est très bien situé dans Paris, tout près d'une station de métro de la ligne 13. Il y a plusieurs restaurants dans les alentours ainsi que des épiceries.

J'avais validé la semaine avant notre arrivée qu'il y avait bien un lave-linge et un sèche-linge sur place. A notre arrivée, le sèche-linge était brisé et cela a pris 4 jours pour avoir une vraie réponse sur la situation: comme quoi le sèche-linge était administré par une compagnie externe et qu'on ne connaissait pas la date de réparation. La piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle. Le meuble de lavabo était tellement près du bain qu'il bloquait l'entrée de la douche/bain.

We stayed here from May 22–30 and had a really good experience. Highlights • Great location. Even though it's in Zone 2, the Metro station is very close and getting to central Paris is easy. • 24-hour lounge with free coffee, hot drinks, and water. • Nice garden and smoking area. • Comfortable bed and decent room size for two travelers. • Fully furnished room with plenty of storage for small items. Special Thanks to Mayumi • When we checked in around 10 PM, a male staff member informed us that because we had two separate reservations, we would eventually need to check out, leave our luggage at the front desk, and re-check in later. • The following day, I stopped by the front desk to see if there was any way to avoid this. • Luckily, I was helped by Mayumi, who arranged for us to stay in the same room for our entire stay. • She was upfront that we couldn't get a refund for the larger, more expensive room we were originally supposed to move to, which was completely fine with us. • She saved us from a logistical nightmare and made our stay much more enjoyable. Downsides • No air conditioning. During warmer days, the room could get uncomfortable even with a fan. • We were also surprised to learn that fresh towels normally come with a fee, even if you decline housekeeping. That said, a staff member kindly provided them to us free of charge when we requested them. Overall, we had a very good stay, and Mayumi's excellent customer service made it even better.
