Cash was needed for deposit

Front desk agent was pleasant the area was okay lots of convenience stores thing is im an executive housekeeper both tubs, the Jacuzzi and the tub inside the bathroom was dirty You could see visual dirt bed was hard The guest around you were very quiet.

The Motel asked for a $100 cash deposit for the room key with no receipt. I’ve never heard of such a thing. The $100 was returned the next morning after returning the key. They reuse the key cards I later found out. The room was dirty from ceiling to floor. I was able to wipe what I thought was dead bugs or boogers off the wall with a tissue. The AC worked well in the room and was very cool in the hot July month but was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The shower had dead bugs in it. After showering I wiped down the tiled wall to see if it would come clean. It did. I brought my own blanket,sheet and pillow. I should have slept in my vehicle. Light switches were also filthy and the property was disgusting with what looks like an abandoned, semi trailer, parked on the lawn. I would’ve canceled the booking, but it said no refunds.

Customer service was horrible!

This the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. The room smells like dead rats and rotten eggs mixed together.the comforter is stained, the towels supposed to be white but it looks like they deep them in mud, the AC sounds like a broken generator. I wish I could give them 0 star. That place should shut down.. I will not even recommend the devil to stay there.

Ive stayed in every motel in the area and ive never been treated as bad as this place did me in my entire life. From the west coast, mid america and now the east coast as you can see by my reviews im very traveled and nobody has been so rude and uneducated of American names.... My names Mike, u know short for Michael. Yeah well after driving a thousand miles and wanting to lay down i couldnt. Not before being treated like i was a con artist trying to use a fake name. Add an hour onto this where i had to drive more and take an hour to contact expedia to get it worked out and my name changed. Horrible horrible customer service. And he smiles when he knows hes inconvenienced you that was a real treat. Worst Absecon motel ive been to in the 12 years i been staying in them. Oh and the propertys pretty but youre not allowed to walk or look at it.

Front desk service was terrible and rude , room was paid in full with credit card on file , after all paper work was filled out he had me leave to get him a $50 cash deposit,place is a scam .
