The room reeked of bleach! Woke up with a horrible headache from it. Placed in corner room, quite a distance from my vehicle. The garbage truck showed up at 4 a.m. AC’s in other rooms rattled! I slept only 2 1/2 hours (maybe)

Fast food was close if you like that sort of food.

The area is a bit scary for a solo female traveler.

Very happy with staff and room. Staff was helpful and the room was very clean & comfortable.

I checked in room #1 complained to the front desk. I was given a new room..looked at room #2 both (rooms) were filthy hair on the bed sheets, pillows and comforter. Hair behind the bathroom door on the bathroom floor and shower floor and shower wall.Room #3 was clean but the bathroom lacked a deep clean. There was still hair on the towels and watchcloths. I was there friday to sunday the housekeeping never came at all. I bought my own washcloths and towels. I did not use anything in the hotel but the bed to sleep. The staff was very rude. Saturday night I wasnt able to get in my room. I had my hands full. I had to put all my stuff back in the car just so I could walk to the office ring bell to get a new key to gain access to my room. It's not a good area, and I did not feel safe.Waiting there by myself, trying to get in my room.Wondering why my key didn't work. There is never anyone at the desk. You have the ring the bell and wait. I received a call Sunday afternoon stating that I was unhappy with the room, and if I come to the office and check out within ten minutes that I would receive a refund for three days. I was actually getting a shower. So I hurried up, got dressed cleared the room out.And as I was walking out, someone was ringing the phone in the room. I didn't answer and I just left. I went around to the office.Told them about the phone call that I received.They claimed it was booking dot com.Who called me not the hotel?Even though in the phone number was a 317 area code. The person at the desk proceeded to tell me that he knew that I was unhappy and he would give me a refund. But when I got that phone call, they said that I told the manager, I wanted to check out, which I never told them I wanted to check out because my room was not refundable. So I was worried about that.
