Expected much better from a Marriott property. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and frankly not sleep-able. When asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed, it took them almost an hour to deliver it to the room. When I told the front desk person that I’d been waiting for a long time, he went on a mini-rant as to how he was the only person managing all calls alone. Huge mistake in booking it, only reason I booked it coz the Hilton I wanted was not available for the 2 nights we needed.

On my last day while I was leaving and checking out, the staff on front desk was not friendly at all very rude and told me that my statement is not true about the Wi-Fi. I told her multiple times that when I checked in the staff, even the manager told me that Wi-Fi is included and she told me right on my face that I’m lying. I did not like that comment I told manager about it on which he gave me credit and voluntarily like he was very good basically so everything was good except except for this last day encountered with front desk the area was good. Location was good. Hotel was good comfortable clean. Everything was great about this property.

It's a beautiful hotel in a very quiet area. The room was very comfortable. We did have a very noisy couple in the room next to us on the first night, though. Restaurant food and service was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice and let me in my room early. Room was so nice and clean. It was a pleasure to there. Wish all hotels were like this one.
