I selected to have a kitchen in my room I thought that what I was paying for because I used the filter on the booking.com website when I got my room it wasn't what I wanted

"I paid EXTRA for the opposite of what I booked and left smelling like the Marlboro Man."

That I was only there 5 hours

I booked a single king NON SMOKING room but when I arrived there was only smoking rooms available and they smelt horrible. I was told “just cause you booked it, doesn’t mean it’s available”. Well what exactly does it mean to book a room. They also charged a deposit of $100 that was never mentioned.
